“ New Filika restaurant after their first one in Wanstead. Always a good place to go for Turkish food. We had the meze dishes as per usual after our bread and humous and cacık. I had lamb as I always do but the chicken was also nice. From the meze I really enjoyed the calamari and quinoa tabbouleh as I always do. ”

“ Been here twice now honestly just can't complain. The atmosphere is really nice, whether it's really busy or quiet and staff are excellent. Friendly and helpful. So both times we've come we have enjoyed the fixed menu at the back thwie 2 course special which is £16.75 at dinner. I've had taboulleh both times which is brilliantly fresh and balanced and I had lamb kofte and then next trip lamb moussaka. My friend has had the falafel and the penne with chicken. All the food is really tasty, portion sizes are kind of a bit too big but it's ok. I know it seems odd ordering pasta at a Turkish place but it is unbelievably good. My kofte was also just excellent. I found the moussaka a bit heavy and salty but the taste otherwise was very good. For me this place is worth driving out a little extra for but next time I'll try out the proper menu. Definitely a great place for a date, with mates or a celebration. Enjoy! ”

“ Fantastic Spot for a Post-Walk Feast! After a 10 km walk through Epping Forest, we stopped by Filika Restaurant for lunch, and it was the perfect choice! The food was incredibly delicious, with every dish freshly made and bursting with flavor. The seating was comfortable, giving us a great chance to unwind and enjoy the beautiful, relaxed atmosphere. The Sunday lunch menu was spot-on, and the staff made us feel welcome. We’ll definitely be back soon! Highly recommended for anyone in the area. ”
